When I am not on my laptop, I'm crunching reformers, wearing down my hokas, and getting paint on my brushes.

Leadership and community work outside of my day-to-day roles.
The IDEA Lab at Tufts University was built around a belief that education should be experiential, interdisciplinary, and accessible to anyone with the curiosity to create. Centered on lowering barriers to engineering, research, and innovation, the lab brought together students across disciplines to work on ambitious projects spanning VR, machine learning, human-computer interaction, assistive technology, and policy-driven design.
As part of the lab's leadership team, five cross-functional technical groups and more than 70 researchers collaborated within an environment designed to prioritize autonomy, experimentation, and human-centered problem solving. The work emphasized not only technical innovation, but also the development of creative confidence, systems thinking, and social responsibility through hands-on learning.
The people who make it all worth it.
Along with my co-director, I managed five teams in with ~50 members involved in projects related to VR, machine learning, UX/UI design, human factors research, industrial design, hyper-spectral imaging, and spatial mapping.
